EVALUATION IN THE FINAL RECRUITMENT PHASE

The purpose of the evaluation in the final phase is to help you take the best possible recruitment decision. The candidates selected after the various selection stages at your company will meet with the URVIKA Consultant for an in-depth analysis based on an interview and the PerformanSe test. THE PerformanSe EVALUATION 

Especially adapted for evaluating internal potential, after about 15 minutes to take the test, the tool immediately returns the personality profile of the employee, which enables the URVIKA Consultant to initiate a transparent exchange with the party in question.

360° EVALUATION

Designed primarily for Managers, this individual approach makes it possible for the manager to self-evaluate him- or herself through the perspective of his or her professional circle (hierarchical superior, colleagues, employees, etc.). The goal of analysing the results with the URVIKA Consultant is to highlight the manager’s strong points as well as areas for growth, especially in terms of behaviour and management style.

THE ASSESSMENT CENTER

Designed to create a diagnosis of managerial skills, this tool helps evaluate employees on their communication mode, organisation capacity, relationship with the team, leadership, and more. Based on complete transparency in relation to the manager, this approach consists of several situational exercises followed by immediate debriefings with the URVIKA Consultant.
