OUTPLACEMENT

GOALS 1
STEP 1 : THE RESULT 2
STEP 2 : THE CONSTRUCTION 3
STEP 3 : THE IMPLEMENTATION 4

The purpose of individual, personalized accompaniment or outplacement is to transform a phase of professional transition into a real opportunity. The people we accompany are put at the very heart of the system, by positioning them as real players in their professional lives. Building a concrete career plan finds its origins in deep motivations, skills and potential, and, of course, without forgetting the realities of the labour market. The URVIKA consultant is committed to encouraging authentic relations, benevolence, confidence and a spirit of partnership to enable accompanied persons to conceive their own personal solution and promoting development of their autonomy.

Our pragmatic, operational approach is comprised of three phases :

A PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL EVALUATION

  • An analysis of clients’ career and their professional orientations
  • A reflection on major accomplishments (successes, difficulties and possible failures)
  • Highlighting major skills acquired and any possible moves towards other professions and/or other business sectors
  • The analysis of personal motivation and fulfilment factors
  • Understanding assets and possible lines of progress in terms of personality.

BUILDING CAREER PLANS

With the help of the elements identified during the evaluation phase, development of one or more career plans consistent with:

  • Personal profiles, motivations, identified skills and professional contexts conducive to personal self-fulfilment
  • The reality of the labour market on a local, national or international level, accompanied people possibly being required to go into more detail with our Recruitment teams in order to validate any noteworthy points in their project.

IMPLEMENTING THE JOB-HUNTING PROCESS

  • Advice on drawing up CVs, covering letters and profiles on social networks (LinkedIn, Viadeo)
  • Studying the employment market and organizing job-hunting: Sources of information, target companies, personal and professional networks, optimizing search time, etc.
  • Training in employment interviews and network discussions, by using simulations
  • Accompaniment before / after the initial interviews

CAREER ASSESSMENTS

SKILLS ASSESSMENT 1
ACTIVE PROFESSIONAL ASSESSMENT 2

Skills Assessments

A Skills Assessment is a career management, orientation or professional retraining tool. It is an opportunity to provide an overview of one’s career path and assets and consider, with the help of a specialist, the possible futures for one’s career.  The results summarising this work, as specified at the end of the process, will be sent to both you and your company that commissions the service.

The Skills Assessment takes place over 24 hours, combining face-to-face interviews with the URVIKA Consultant and personal working steps. It is systematically suggested that a personality test is taken, as is the use of tools enabling investigation work to be structured and facilitated (self-evaluation questionnaires, observation grids, etc.).  The summary document is drawn up by the Consultant who has accompanied you throughout this process and submitted for your prior approval before being sent to your company.

The Skills Assessment should allow you to:

  • Decrypt your professional and personal experience
  • Analyse your assets (knowledge, expertise, life skills)
  • Identify your skills and aptitudes
  • Discover your potential
  • Put together a career plan in line with the realities of the market

Active Professional Assessment

The Active Professional Assessment is a tool that helps all employees considering their professional future with the thinking and decision-making process. Led by a Consultant, this process takes place over two half-days of face-to-face interviews (2 x 2.5 hours) and a personality test. It finishes with the creation of an action plan and a summary intended for you to present to your line and/or HR manager during a tripartite interview.

The Active Professional Assessment should allow you to:

  • Have an overview of your career path
  • Detect and evaluate your assets and aptitudes
  • Discover your potential and areas of progress
  • Define your career plan
  • Develop your working methods and behaviour in a professional framework
